WHO WE ARE
Prophet Dr. Carla R. Palin is the Founder and President of Growing Forward Leadership Network, a leadership development ministry dedicated to strengthening the local church by equipping pastors, ministry leaders, and church leadership teams through biblically grounded training, coaching, consulting, and mentoring.
With 44 years of ministry experience and 35 years of experience with Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Palin brings together spiritual wisdom, practical leadership, and organizational excellence to help churches develop healthy leaders and build strong ministry cultures.
Recognized for her prophetic insight, biblical teaching, and leadership development, she has devoted her ministry to preparing leaders who serve with integrity, humility, excellence, and Kingdom purpose. Her passion is to see pastors encouraged, leadership teams strengthened, and churches positioned for long-term spiritual health and organizational effectiveness.
In addition to leadership training, she offers executive coaching, church consulting, leadership assessments, organizational development, and strategic ministry planning tailored to the unique needs of local churches.
